What I bring
I've spent over 15 years designing and facilitating sessions for organizations across sectors — government, non-profits, industry, and Indigenous communities. I work with groups of all sizes, in person and online, on everything from strategic planning and leadership alignment to team communication and conflict resolution.

What I don't do is show up with a generic agenda and hope it fits. Every engagement starts with understanding your organization, your team dynamics, and what success actually looks like for you. Then I design and deliver an experience built around that.

How it works
It all starts with a conversation. I want to understand your goals, your audience, your timeline, and what you have already tried. From there I will put together a written scope of work with clear deliverables and costs.

Depending on what you need, that might look like materials development only, facilitation only, or the full package - design, delivery, and a summary report that captures outcomes and next steps.

Throughout the process I will be organized, prepared, and direct. If I see something your team needs to hear, I will find a way to say it.
