What is team development & coaching?

  

It is a dedicated space for your people to develop as leaders, together. 

It combines the accountability of 1:1 coaching with the learning that happens when people grow alongside peers facing similar challenges. 

Two approaches:

Develop a team: For an intact team that needs stronger communication, alignment, and the ability to work together. 

Develop individuals: For a cohort of employees across your organization - managers, emerging leaders, or high-potentials you are investing in.

How it works

Every engagement is custom. 

We start with conversation about your goals, your people, and what success looks like - then I design a program around that. 

Typically includes:

  • Team workshops (in-person or virtual)

  • Group coaching sessions (in-person or virtual) 

  • Individual coaching sessions for each participant 

  • Accountability structures between sessions 

  • Ongoing support throughout the program
